Erin Rendic
Owner
Erin is the co-founder of Rendic Ranch, bringing a background in hospitality and marketing to the day-to-day leadership of the ranch. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of San Diego, shaping a thoughtful, people-first approach to how the ranch engages with its community. Erin’s commitment to clean, trustworthy food is both personal and professional, rooted in the care she brings to her own family’s table. Through her work, she focuses on nurturing meaningful connections between people, food, and the land, while supporting long-term ecological health.
Lisa Rendic
Owner
The land at Rendic Ranch was originally purchased to start a Wild Mustang and Burro Sanctuary because of Lisa's passion for animal welfare. As she embarked on the sanctuary project, she learned just how important regenerative and holistic land practices are for animals, people, and the planet. The goal for the ranch is to create a thriving biological ecosystem where horses, burros, cattle, and native wildlife can all live in harmony and balance. She leads holistic land management and animal welfare practices at the ranch. Lisa is a 4th generation Californian, holds a BS in Psychology from UC Berkeley and a Masters in Child Life and Family Centered Care from Wheelock college.
