SHIPPING POLICY
We are currently shipping orders out Tuesday-Thursday. Shipments are typically received in 1-3 days from when they are fulfilled. An email confirmation will be sent with tracking to follow your delivery status.
TRANSIT TIMES FURTHER EXPLAINED:
We will only allow a package to be in transit for up to 3 consecutive business days as it is a frozen, perishable product. Your order will be shipping from Reno, NV. Depending on where you are located the order will be shipped FedEx overnight, 2 Day or 3 Day ground.
SHIPPING PROVIDER:
We ship via UPS and FedEX for the most favorable pricing for our customers. We offer free shipping on merch orders and all meat orders over $250. All meat orders below $250 will be charged $50. We will ship through whichever company can get your order to you most quickly.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Rendic Ranch will ship orders within 5-7 business days of order date. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only ship Tuesday through Thursday. This helps ensure orders make it to customers as quickly as possible and that customers are able to receive on the day of delivery.
